Commission & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and placement in my schedule.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover time, materials, and creative labor.
Refund &Shipping Policy
No refunds are issued once artwork has shipped.
Shipping insurance is optional. If insurance is added, claims for damage or loss during transit must be handled through the shipping carrier.
Artfreakz is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping if insurance is declined.
Content Policy
I do not accept commission depicting animal cruelty, abuse, or graphic harm of any kind.
I reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with my artistic or ethical standards.
Time
Artwork creation typically takes approximately 2 weeks from the start date.
Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
